Submissions

Submitted papers should be formatted according to the Eurographics paper publication guidelines.

You can download the LaTeX template here.

Submission implies that should the paper/movie be accepted, at least one of the authors will register for the EGPGV 2016 and present the work at the symposium. Accepted papers will be given guidelines in preparing and submitting the final manuscript(s) together with the notification of acceptance.

Full papers

You are invited to submit original and unpublished research works. Full papers are expected to be eight to ten (8-10) pages in length, with the final length appropriate to the contribution of the paper. Author anonymity is not enforced in the submissions.

We expect that the submissions will clearly discuss the novel and significant contributions as well as related work in the field. Authors must highlight how their contributions differ and advance the state of the art in parallel graphics and visualization. The full paper and all supplementary material must be submitted via the PCS online system.

Visualization showcases

Upload a movie (up to 150MB in size) and a short paper (up to 4 pages including references). For the visualization showcase papers, the same template has to be used as for the full papers. For visualization showcase submissions, author names and affiliations should be listed. Both the paper and additional material (movie) should be submitted via the PCS online system.

Select the Visualization Showcase option in the PCS submission system.
The title must be in the form Visualization Showcase: Title

Check visualization showcase for more details.

Publication

The proceedings of the EGPGV symposium will be published in the Eurographics Proceedings Series and in the Eurographics Digital Library. Separately, a selection of best papers from EGPGV will be invited to submit extended versions to IEEE Transactions on Visualization and Computer Graphics.
